  • 1 pound bulk sausage (Purnell's Old Folks Smoked)
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1 c. cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  1. Brown sausage; drain off fat; set aside. Whip together Large eggs and lowfat milk and add in remaining ingredients. Butter a 13x9 pan and pour egg and lowfat milk mix into it, distributing sausage proportionately on top. Cover pan and allow to set several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set and lightly browned. Serves 8-10. If you want to eliminate the meat, add in mushrooms for a different flavor.
