- Brown sausage; drain off fat; set aside. Whip together Large eggs and lowfat milk and add in remaining ingredients. Butter a 13x9 pan and pour egg and lowfat milk mix into it, distributing sausage proportionately on top. Cover pan and allow to set several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set and lightly browned. Serves 8-10. If you want to eliminate the meat, add in mushrooms for a different flavor.
