- 6 large eggs
- 1 c. fructose (sugar replacement)
- 4 c. lowfat milk (skimmed or possibly lowfat)
- 2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 T flour
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1/2 stick butter
Инструкции
- Mix flour, cornstarch, and fructose together. Add in egg one at a time mixing well after each one. Add in vanilla and gradually add in lowfat milk. Heat butter and pour in. Mix lightly. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till custard shakes lightly in center. Makes 2 (8 inch) pies. One slice is 270 calories if you use old fashioned pie crust.
