- 1 box vanilla or French vanilla cake mix
- 1 3.4 package vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup water or yogurt water from Homemade Greek Yogurt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can Buttercream Frosting
- or homemade:
- 1 sick soft butter
- 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3- 4 tbs. milk or half and half
- 2 tsps. pure vanilla extract
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep bundt pan or 9x9 inch pans with oil and flour.
- Beat eggs in mixing bowl and add water.
- Stir in other ingredients.
- Mix well or use hand mixer.
- Pour in pan and bake about 40 minutes. Check for doneness (light golden brown).
- Cool an hour.
- Combine frosting ingredients in a bowl.
- Use hand mixer to beat until smooth.
- Remove cake from pan, frost.
