- 2 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. cooked, crumbled bacon, sausage or possibly Italian sausage
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
