- 2 c. burgundy wine
- 1 pkt dry onion soup mix

- Put round steak in a Dutch oven, sprinkle with soup mix and pour wine over top. Cover with a lid and bake at 300F for 3-4 hrs. You may double the sauce for a gravy.
