Name: Easy Raisin Coffee Cake
Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. sifted flour; 1/2 tsp salt; 6 Tbsp. sugar; 2 tsp baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp allspice; 3/4 c. lowfat milk; 1 x egg; 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, melted; 1/2 c. raisins; 1/4 c. sugar; 1 tsp cinnamon

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp allspice
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1 x egg
3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, melted
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Инструкции

Stir together flour, salt, 6 Tblsps sugar, baking pwdr and allspice.
Add in lowfat milk, egg and butter. Mix thoroughly. Stir in raisins. Turn into greased and floured 8" layer cake pan. Mix together 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of cake. Let stand 5 min. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven 25 to 30 min. Cold slightly.
Serve hot.
