Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix; 1 can pumpkin pie prepared filling; 3 x Large eggs; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 c. raisins; 1/2 c. minced walnuts; 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk or possibly cream; 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar; 1/2 tsp vanilla

Ингредиенты

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can pumpkin pie prepared filling
3 x Large eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. minced walnuts
1 Tbsp. lowfat milk or possibly cream
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients except raisins and walnuts till smooth. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
Pour into a greased Bundt or possibly tube pan. Bake at 3500 for 40-45 min or possibly till cake tester comes out clean.
Cold 10 min and then turn out onto a serving dish.
You can also omit raisins, cinnamon and/or possibly nuts for a different taste.
This cake may be eaten plain for healthier dieters or possibly drizzled with glaze.
Confectioners glaze:Combine all ingredients, stir to blend well.
This is easy and delicious.
