On a This Easy Pork Posole recipe is inspired by my recent trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico. I dined at the Famous Plaza Café, Santa Fe’s oldest restaurant and ordered Posole Pork and a  Blue Corn Piñon Pancake for breakfast.
