Ingredients: 4 lb Roast; 1 med Onion, thinly sliced; 2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes; 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, undiluted; 1 can Burgandy wine; 4 med Potatoes, peeled, quartered; 6 stalk Celery, quartered; 6 x Carrots, sliced lengthwise

Ингредиенты

4 lb Roast
1 med Onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
1 can Cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can Burgandy wine
4 med Potatoes, peeled, quartered
6 stalk Celery, quartered
6 x Carrots, sliced lengthwise

Инструкции

Place roast in a baking dish, cover with sliced onions. Mix soup and burgandy. Pour over roast, sprinkle with pasley. Cover and bake 325 for 5 hrs. During the last hour add in vegetables, cook till vegetables are tender.
