- 1 pkt Reames frzn egg noodles - (16 ounce)
- 1 lb stew meat cut into 2" pcs
- 1 can beef bouillon - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1 med onion coarsely minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 can mushroom pcs - (4 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cool water
Инструкции
- Place beef, onion, bouillon, garlic pwdr and mushrooms into crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
- Cook noodles, drain and rinse with hot water.
- While noodles are cooking, turn crockpot to HIGH setting. Heat till bubbling. Stir in soup, lowfat sour cream, and paprika, blending till smooth. Heat through.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, blend cornstarch in cool water. Add in to crockpot with soup and lowfat sour cream. Cover and cook 15 min longer.
- Serve over warm noodles.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
