  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 4 boiled Large eggs, grated or possibly minced
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables, liquid removed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth

  1. Layer chicken, onion and egg in a large greased casserole dish. Mix soups, broth and canned vegetables. Pour proportionately over chicken mix.
  2. Mix lowfat milk, mayonnaise and flour; spread proportionately over soup mix for crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till crust is golden.
