- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 med. bell pepper, minced
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 (6 ounce.) tomato paste
- 2 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 clove garlic
- Pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onion, bell pepper and garlic in the oil. Add in the flour and stir till brown. Stir in the tomato paste, broth, salt, sugar and sauce. Cook till the mix becomes thickened. Put heat on low and simmer for 5 min, uncovered. Add in the chicken and pepper, simmer for 5-10 min more. Serve over rice.
