- 1 stick butter
- 4 pods garlic
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
Инструкции
- Heat butter; add in garlic that has been put through press. Drain artichokes and chop. Add in to butter and remove from heat. Mix together Large eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Add in egg mix to artichokes and butter. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour. May be frzn.
