Ингредиенты
- 1 med. duck
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced celery leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (can be omitted)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 quart. dry bread cubes
- 3/4 c. chicken stock or possibly bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Инструкции
- Thaw duck if frzn, then rinse and dry. Cook onion, celery and leaves in butter till tender. Add in to bread and toss. Add in stock to moisten, then fold in seasonings. Stuff the duck with this mix.
- Place breast up on a rack in a shallow pan. Roast at 325 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hrs, till the juices run clear after piercing.
