- 2 sqr unsweetened chocolate
- 2 sqr semisweet chocolate
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. White sugar
- 2/3 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans (opt)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier ICING
- 2 sqr semisweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. Light cream (or possibly 2% lowfat milk)
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Icing sugar
Инструкции
- Brownie: Heat chocolate. Add in sugar, Large eggs, and butter. Mix dry ingredients.
- Add in to chocolate mix. Add in vanilla. Place in greased 8 X 8 pan. Bake 25 min at 350. Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier. Cold 1 hour.
- Icing: Heat chocolate and butter together. Stir in cream and Grand Marnier.
- Add in icing sugar. Spread on cooled brownies.
- These are supposed to sit for 24 hrs before eating. (but I have never actually managed this!)
