- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 can (10 ounce) Rotel tomatoes
- Sm. can of green chilies, minced
- 1/2 pound Velveeta reg. cheese
- 1/2 pound Velveeta Mexican cheese
- Raw onions to taste

- Brown grnd beef, drain fat. Open can of Rotel tomatoes and drain, also the green chilies. In microwave, place cheese in casserole container on high, microwave 5 min. Stir cheese till smooth. Add in rest of ingredients to cheese. Serve with nacho chips. May be refrigerated then reheated.
