Ингредиенты
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. rye flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 2 c. cracked wheat or possibly wheat germ
- 1/2 c. powdered nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 T salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. (or possibly more) chicken or possibly beef stock

- Mix all ingredients together. Roll the dough. It will be sticky. Cut dough into desired shape with cookie cutters. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush with a coating mix of 1 beaten egg and a dash of lowfat milk. Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 min. Shorten baking time for softer cookies. Keep refrigerated.
