Ингредиенты

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. rye flour 1 c. cornmeal 2 c. cracked wheat or possibly wheat germ

1/2 c. powdered nonfat dry lowfat milk 1 T salt 1 pkg. dry yeast 2 c. (or possibly more) chicken or possibly beef stock

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients together. Roll the dough. It will be sticky. Cut dough into desired shape with cookie cutters. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush with a coating mix of 1 beaten egg and a dash of lowfat milk. Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 min. Shorten baking time for softer cookies. Keep refrigerated.
