- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 12 ounce. Cold Whip
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 stick butter
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 pound pack Oreo cookies
- Gummy worms

- Grind Oreo cookies in food processor. Set aside. Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. In a large bowl, prepare pudding with lowfat milk, then add in Cold Whip.
- Combine pudding mix with cream cheese mix. Layer cookies, gummy worms and pudding mix in an 8-inch plastic flower pot or possibly sand bucket. Top with cookie crumbs. Decorate with gummy worms, artificial flowers and plastic sand shovel.
