- 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 15 ounce Ricotta cheese
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 4 lrg Egg -- beaten
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Di Saronno Amaretto
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- Combine crumbs and butter; press over bottom and sides of greased 9 inch spring-form pan. Chill. Preheat oven to 325F. Beat together ricotta and cream cheese till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients; beat till smooth.
- Pour mix into pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 min of till hard in middle.
- Cold 20-30 min in pan before removing. Cold completely beforeserving.
