- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Rind of 1 orange, grated
- Pie crust for double crust pie
Инструкции
- Cook raisins in 1 1/2 c. water till tender (mix flour and sugar together stirring with fork for 1 minute). Add in the sugar and flour mix slowly into raisins and cook till thickened. Add in the lemon juice and orange rind and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and top with another crust or possibly criss cross pie crust strips. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake approximately 20 min longer or possibly till golden.
