Ingredients: 1 x yellow cake mix Fresh coconut, grated in a blender; 2 c. sugar; 1 c. lowfat milk (use part coconut lowfat milk if using fresh; 1 pkt instant vanilla pudding; 1 c. cool lowfat milk; 1/4 c. powdered sugar; 1 x 8 ounce. carton Cold Whip, thawed

1 x yellow cake mix Fresh coconut, grated in a blender
2 c. sugar
1 c. lowfat milk (use part coconut lowfat milk if using fresh
1 pkt instant vanilla pudding
1 c. cool lowfat milk
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 x 8 ounce. carton Cold Whip, thawed

Инструкции

Bake cake mix as directed on box. Mix sugar and lowfat milk, boil till slightly thickened. Stir in 1/2 coconut. Spoon over cake, making holes in cake with fork to allow filling to soak into cake. Make frosting and spread on cake.
Sprinkle remaining coconut on top and sides of cake. Chill.
Frosting: Mix pudding, sugar and lowfat milk. Mix in Cold Whip.
