- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr Confectioners' sugar

- Stir together 1 c flour and 1/4 c confectioners' sugar; cut in butter until mix clings together. Pat into ungreased 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 min.
- In mixing bowl beat Large eggs; add in granulated sugar and lemon juice. Beat until slightly thick and smooth, 8 to 10 minutesl Stir together 2 tb flour and baking pwdr; add in to egg mix. Blend just until all is moistened. Pour over baked layer.
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min. Sift confectioners' sugar over top.
- Cold; cut cookies into 1 inch squares.
