Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr Confectioners' sugar

Инструкции

  1. Stir together 1 c flour and 1/4 c confectioners' sugar; cut in butter until mix clings together. Pat into ungreased 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 min.
  2. In mixing bowl beat Large eggs; add in granulated sugar and lemon juice. Beat until slightly thick and smooth, 8 to 10 minutesl Stir together 2 tb flour and baking pwdr; add in to egg mix. Blend just until all is moistened. Pour over baked layer.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min. Sift confectioners' sugar over top.
  4. Cold; cut cookies into 1 inch squares.
