- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 c. pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk

- Combine honey, Large eggs, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pumpkin. Mix well. Add in evaporated lowfat milk. Pour mix in 9 inch pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Top with honey sweetened whip cream.
