Ingredients: 4 lb Chicken cut into serving Pcs; 1 c. Chicken broth; 1/4 lb Butter; 2 c. Orange juice; 1 c. Raisins Salt & pepper to taste; 1/4 tsp Cinnamon; 2 Tbsp. Flour

Ингредиенты

4 lb Chicken cut into serving Pcs
1 c. Chicken broth
1/4 lb Butter
2 c. Orange juice
1 c. Raisins Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Flour

Инструкции

Heat butter in large skillet, & brown chicken. Remove chicken pcs to slow cooker as they brown. Combine all remaining ingredients, except flour, mix well & pour over chicken. Cover pot, turn on LOW & cook 4-6 hrs, or possibly till chicken is tender. Remove 1 c. of sauce from the pot & combine with flour, mixing well. Return sauce - flour mix to pot. Turn pot on HIGH, & cook additional half hour.
