Ingredients: 3 lb Chicken pcs; 1 lb Lean boneless pork cubed; 1 c. Dry red wine; 1/2 tsp Black pepper; 3 c. Beef broth, (Campbell'); 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed; 3 x Tomatoes minced; 1/2 tsp Rosemary; 1 tsp Salt

Ингредиенты

3 lb Chicken pcs
1 lb Lean boneless pork cubed
1 c. Dry red wine
1/2 tsp Black pepper
3 c. Beef broth, (Campbell')
2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
3 x Tomatoes minced
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Salt

Инструкции

Place chicken pcs & pork cubes in a large bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly, pour over chicken & pork. Allow meat to marinate in sauce for about 2 hours. Transfer chicken, pork & marinade to cooker. Cover pot, turn on LOW & cook 6-8 hours.or possibly till chicken & pork are thoroughly cooked.
