Ингредиенты
- 1 lb Stew beef trimmed, bite size
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes sliced
- 3 x Potatoes peeled, diced
- 2 x Carrots peeled, pennied
- 1 x Garlic clove crushed
- 3 x Peppercorns
- 1 x Bayleaf
- 1 x Celery stalk minced
- 1 sm onion diced
- 4 c. Water Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Parsley minced
- 2 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. Frzn mixed vegetables

- Place all except frzn vegetables in crock pot. Turn on low and cover, cooking for 6 hrs. One half hour before serving, turn up to high, add in frzn veggies, stir and cover.
- NOTES: If you are in a hurry you can do this in 3 1/2 hrs on high heat. Remove the bayleaf before serving. You can add in 1/2 c. of red wine with the vegetables for a more robust flavor.
