Ingredients: 1 lb grnd beef or possibly turkey; 1 med onion minced; 1 x garlic clove chopped; 1/2 c. minced green pepper; 2 dsh Tabasco sauce; 1 can tomato sauce - (15 ounce); 1 tsp chili pwdr; 1 c. frzn corn; 2 can chili with beans - (16 ounce ea); 3/4 lb grated cheese Nacho cheese tortilla chips

1 lb grnd beef or possibly turkey
1 med onion minced
1 x garlic clove chopped
1/2 c. minced green pepper
2 dsh Tabasco sauce
1 can tomato sauce - (15 ounce)
1 tsp chili pwdr
1 c. frzn corn
2 can chili with beans - (16 ounce ea)
3/4 lb grated cheese Nacho cheese tortilla chips

Инструкции

Brown grnd meat and drain. Add in onion, garlic and pepper and cook till transparent. Add in remaining Tabasco, tomato sauce, and chili pwdr.
Grease crock pot and layer in 5 layers, beginning with meat mix and nacho cheese tortilla chips, then the corn, chili, and grated cheese. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hrs on LOW.
