- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream

- Cube round steak. Put steak in crock pot with remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high 1 hour and low 4 to 6 hrs. Serve with noodles, rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
