- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. regular oats (uncooked)
- 1 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
Инструкции
- Cream butter; gradually add in the sugars, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add in egg and beat well. Add in oil and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add in to creamed mix; mix well. Stir in oats and the remaining ingredients.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten each ball with the tines of a fork.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 min. Cold slightly, remove from cookie sheets and cold on wire racks. Yield: 10 dozen.
