- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cornmeal
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. shortening (melted)
- Oil for frying
- 12 wieners
- 12 skewers
Инструкции
- Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, mustard, baking pwdr and salt. Add in lowfat milk, egg and shortening. Mix till smooth. Pour mix into tall glass. Put wieners on skewers. Dip one at a time into batter. Fry till golden in 375 degree oil. Drain on paper towel.
