- 1 pkg. applesauce cake mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. coconut

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, Large eggs, butter, molasses and nuts; stir by hand till mixed well. Drop cookie batter by rounded teaspoonfuls into coconut. Roll to coat. Bake for 10-15 min. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
