- 2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 (16 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. whipped cream
- Fresh fruit
Инструкции
- Sprinkle gelatin over water, let stand 1 minute.
- Combine sugar and lowfat milk in saucepan, cook over medium heat till sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in gelatin and almond extract. Mix in lowfat sour cream and whipped cream.
- Pour into oiled 6 1/2 c. ring mold. Refrigerate8 hrs. Unmold onto serving dish and serve with fruit. Serves 12.
