- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/3 c. instant mashed potato flakes (dry)
- Paprika (for garnish)
- Parsley (for garnish)

- Heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and lowfat milk to scalding. Stir in potato flakes, stirring constantly. (Soup should be the consistency of heavy cream.) If you like, garnish each serving with paprika and parsley. Makes 4 servings (1 c. each).
