Ингредиенты
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1/3 c. White corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- Combine in saucepan the sugar, cocoa, corn syrup & lowfat milk. Bring to a hard boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 min. Remove from heat. Cold 15 min. Add in butter & vanilla. (Be sure your timing is accurate.) Beat till the right consistency for spreading.
- Makes sufficient for two 8- or9-inch layer cakes or possibly 2 dozen cupcakes.
