- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 32 ounce hashed brown potatoes southern style

- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except potatoes till well blended. Add in potatoes and stir well.
- Spread in 9 X 13 buttered baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 50-60 min at 350F.
- Yield: 1 9X13 Baking pan
- NOTES : Can be prepared the day before and refrigerated.
