Рецепт Cranberry Grits Casserole
This slightly sweet casserole would make a great Holiday weekend breakfast side with leftover ham or some freshly cooked bacon! I topped mine with a little butter and real bacon bits but the vegetarians in the family ate it straight up!

- 8 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups yellow grits, uncooked
- 1 ½ cups dried cranberries
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten

- Add the salt to the water and bring to a rapid boil.
- Stir in the grits, simmer until cooked.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a buttered 9Ã11 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
