- 1 sm onion minced
- 1 x red bell pepper minced
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. couscous
Инструкции
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan with a tight lid. Add in onion and red pepper; cook and stir till wilted. Don't brown. Add in water, raisins, orange zest, cumin, and cinnamon. Heat to a boil.
- Remove from heat; add in couscous and stir well. Cover and let stand for 5 min. Uncover, fluff with a fork and serve.
