- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1 can Vegetable soup
- 1/2 c. Water
Инструкции
- Brown grnd beef, add in onion and cook till onion is tender. Drain grease and place mix in a medium size casserole dish. Add in tomato soup, vegetable soup, and water. Mix well. Prepare cornbread mix according to directions on the box. Pour cornbread mix on top of the meat mix. Place casserole in 375 oven for 35 min. Remove and serve.
