1 pkt Chili seasoning mix (up to 1-1/4)
1 c. Shredded cheese
2 c. Coarsely crumbled corn chips
1 med Onion
2 can (8oz) tomato sauce

One more which I make came out of a recipe book called WOMEN'S CIRCLE HOME
Heat marg. in skillet and brown beef and onion. Stir in chile seasoning mix, tomato sauce and 1 c. water. Simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Lightly grease 1 1/2 - 2 qt casserole. Layer 1/2 chili mix, corn chips and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 20 min in a 350 oven. Really good.
