- 2 can Cream style corn
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 pkt (8 Ounces) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 can (Small) minced green chilies

- Mix together corn, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and Bisquick. Pour half of mix into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer with grated cheese and green chilies. Cover with remaining corn mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
