  • Scalloped Corn Casserole
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 sm onion, minced (optional)

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
