- 1 can Whole kernel corn
- 1 can Cream style canned corn
- 1 stk Butter
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 pkt Jiffy Cornbread mix

- Beat Large eggs. Add in melted, cooled butter, add in lowfat sour cream, corn, and Jiffy mix. Put into 2 1/2 qt casserole. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
