- 3 c. diced chicken breast
- 6 tsp Creole seasonings divided use
- 1 c. julienned tasso (Savoie's or possibly K-Paul's)
- 1 stk butter
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 1 pt heavy cream
- 3 lb cooked pasta (fettucine or possibly linguini)
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

- Cook pasta and drain well. Season chicken pcs with 4 tsp. of the Creole Seasoning.
- Heat butter in a saute/fry pan. Add in tasso and saute/fry till tender and lightly browned. Add in chicken and green onions and saute/fry till chicken is white. Add in heavy cream and remaining Creole seasonings. Return to a simmer. Add in liquid removed pasta to sauce and bring back to a simmer.
- Using tongs, transfer pasta to bowl and top with remaining chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
