Ингредиенты

3/4 c. butter or possibly shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 x egg yolk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp orange extract
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
2 c. sifted flour

Инструкции

For chocolate cookies, add in 5 Tbsp. cocoa and use a whole egg.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolk. Beat in extract and grated rind. Sift in salt and flour.
Press through cookie maker onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min at 425 to 450.
