- 2 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 c. Flaked salmon
- 3/4 c. Salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
- 1 c. Diced celery
- 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
- 1 tsp Chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
Инструкции
- Soften gelatin in cool water; add in boiling water, then refrigeratethoroughly. Add in lemon juice, salmon, salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise, and seasonings. Pour into greased mold and refrigeratetill hard.
- Yield: 6 servings.
