- 12 lbs Chilled Cabbage
- 8 oz Chilled Cabbage
- 4 lbs Chilled Shredded or Chopped Carrots
- 6 oz Chilled Shredded or Chopped Carrots
- 1 lb Chopped Green Pepper
- 4 oz Chopped Green Pepper
- 10 oz Chopped Onion
- 1 quart Salad Dressing - mayo chilled
- 1/2 cup Salad Dressing - mayo chilled
- 1 quart Half and Half Cream or Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Half and Half Cream or Sour Cream
- 1 1/4 cup Chilled Vinegar
- 10 oz Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp White Pepper
Инструкции
- Shred or chop cabbage.
- Add carrots, peppers and onion to cabbage.
- Combine remaining ingredients and add to cabbage. Mix lightly.
- Chilled to 40 F or lower until service.
