- 1 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1 c. Finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt Warm pepper sauce to taste

- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered for 30-45 min or possibly till sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. Strain if you like. Season with warm pepper sauce.
